Is there anyway I could edit the main nbawin.exe code via a hex editor to give existing or new teams (created with editors) to also utilize third/sunday jerseys? In addition, is there a way to give other teams other than the Lakers to have a yellow colored backboard? (not the base itself but the part that every other team has a shade of gray/off white).

Based on experience, it is virtually impossible to do that unless you have the skills and patience to find it out for yourself.
