I think Amare said he would play....so you've got Amare, Marion, Lebron, Kobe....oh boy, this team is gonna be packed with stars (N) ahh well, maybe Kobe will make the difference for Team USA this time :|

as long as Adam Morrison is in the team, alongside JJ Reddick, Shane Battier and some others, then I will be happy (Y)

I'd pick Meka/Howard over Bosh.

Defensive - Bruce, Tayshaun, Artest.

Scorers LeBron, Kobe, Amare, T-Mac, Iverson

Rebounding/Defense - Camby, Jermaine O'neal, Howard/Okafor, Marion

Shooters - Allen, Redd

Guards - Paul, Wade

Those are more than 12 players. I can't decide. :P

C: Shaq
PF: Howard
SF: Lebron
SG: Kobe
PG: Dwayne Wade

You do need some experience in a team. Shaq and kobez might give it to em

We could really use duncan and/or KG again. How can we not include them? Those are two truely all round players who can fit a good range of positions.

I would lose probably Pollard or Ike & put in Channing Frye

that's if the team even wants him....he's probably a fringe player....I think at SF/PF positions, Team USA should/would take LBJ, Marion, Battier, Bowen, Prince & Morrison before him....struggle to see where he fits if this is the case

If they keep adding superstars and rookies to the team they'll have the same problem they had in 2004.

They had stars in '04 but I dont think they had superstars. Some of the best players at the time didnt wanna make the trip. If they did, I dont think we would have the issues that we have now.

Not good, you can't start Wade and Kobe, you need at least one true PG in the starting lineup. While both Wade and Lebron can put up PG passing numbers, and Kobe is a good passer for a SG, it's about the mentality, and they all have scorers mentalities.

With a group of superstars you're gonna need a strong willed PG to enforce order. Jason Kidd, but i doubt he'll go again. Maybe Billups would be best.

im alright with the howard over bosh comment, but MEKA over BOSH? your kidding me right? bosh has a better shot, is quicker, and has much better foot work. Bosh > Okafor

assuming kg and td aren't playing....

starters:

amare
lebron
battier
ray allen / mcgrady
billups

bench:

camby or howard
marion
prince
kobe
bibby

backups: rasheed, paul, pierce, a.miller, redd, diaw, rip.

bringing kobe off the bench and in the 4th (depending on other player's effectiveness) would be more efficient.

Which coach in their right mind is gonna put kobe on the bench? You must be on a crack.
