Patches = PC Only??

I am a newbie ( 
) to this forum, but I would like to know if the patches supplied here are PC only, or if you can put them onto something like a flash drive and plug them into a Playstation 2 or something.

Patches are in general for PC, although there are some rosters that are available for download over a sharkport (such as this one), but that's about it...
