making computers sub and more injuries

does anyone know how to make the computers sub cause i moved the sliders but they still don't sub for the whole game. and i am finding injuries so rare. does anyone get a lot of injuries.

put fatigue at like 50 n sub at 100 thats what i did n they sub in players...
