Dynasty Problem: Can't Sign Free Agents.

I started a new dynasty (fantasy draft) using Andrew's roster. I only have 12 players on my roster, but when I try to sign ANY free agent (i even tried signing the worst players) i get a message saying my roster doesn't have any spots available. Any help with this?

you cant have more than 12 players on your roster...
