Manipulating the statistic engine

Fri Nov 25, 2005 3:31 am

My dynasty team has the rating in the NBA at 95. Yet when I simulate the games, I wind up winning between 45 and 50 games in a season. Furthermore, on a team with awesome scorers at the 2,3 and 5, Cris Paul is the leading scorer on the team at about 18 ppg. I would like to get the simulations to adopt a team strategy that I endorse, in other works, get the ball to Lebron, JR Smith or Dwight Howard, and let these guys score.

Another byproduct of this is that nobody ever makes the all-star team... Irritating.

Any clues on how to make the statistics engine do my bidding?

if your on pc, edit the primacy rating in dbf and it will determine how much a playerget the ball in offence (99 = most)

The field you want to edit is the DESTINY attribute.

DESTINY determines how much room a player has to grow, rating-wise, Andrew? Is there a place that lists what each field in the dbf file does? There's a few that I'm not sure about. Also, is there a list of which dunkpack is which and what dunks are contained in it?
