With all the hype around on so many players that we expect to have big seasons like kobe and lebron, who do you think will most likely put up 30+ a night this season?

i think i forgot to put Other as an option... oh well.

20-25ppg i can see for Carmelo but not anything close to 30 ppg. He's gonna have a big year dont get me wrong, but i dont think 30ppg would fit well in what they got going on there in denver. its not a one man show.

that is a good thing. I expect good things out of that team especially because they have various options on offense. The Lakers dont really have many options other than Kobe except Lamar Odom who i think is a good player but i get very worried everytime he puts it on the floor cuz i think he is an offensive foul waiting to happen.

i'd go for iverson after seeing him scoring 30-60 points last year, he'll probably do more. my favorite player is LeBron though

Whenever a team has good talent I never feel there is gonna be a 30 ppg scorer. that why i dont think players like lebron or Mcgrady will get it. 30 ppg is just not in the best interest of any team with good players all around. I feel Kobe will get it cuz the weight of the team is on his shoulders cuz theres nobody else really that is very good there.

Kobe (my vote) or Iverson. T-Mac has Yao, LeBron has Larry and likes to pass, Iverson has Webber, and Kobe only has Lamar.

Iverson is off to a good start, i think he got 35 last noght. Lebron got a good game going tonight, 24 in the first half. I think hes on his way to a 40 pointer. probably he wont get that far if the game is still a blowout at the ond of the 3rd quarter and they take him out.

Stop being a dramaqueen.

I don't know what annoys me, maybe it's the fact you seem to post like a 16/17 year old but you said you're married. Or maybe it's just the way you type.

Perhaps it's that sig. I don't know. Maybe the amount of polls too.

Im not very old even tho i am married. sometimes i might be a bit sarcastic but definitely not a dramaqueen. as for typing like a 16-17 year old, i dont really get that one. maybe its the sig, it kinda irks me sometimes. the polls is just something for conversation, i always like to hear other peoples opinions.

What I was going to say!!! Over 70 points in 2 games, new career high of 41 tonight. Good way to show your worth the 90 million investment. He scored all but 8 of the 41 in the second half as well!!

michael redd has a LONG way to go to prove he can score 30+ for the whole season.

compare it to milicic's blocking - now teams know he can block, they will be more careful when shooting around him, likewise redd will not get as much space from the opposition anymore.

i picked iverson, well, because hes iverson

Teams have known he can shoot for about 2 or 3 seasons now, they all know he's the go to man on the bucks so the D will always be there. That being said, now that he has TJ Ford, Simmons, Bogut and Magloire around, the D really won't be allowed to focus everything on Redd.

Edit: The above is re: Michael Redd, not Ron Mercer.

But Bogut is too unathletic to do anything in the NBA!!

What Jae is saying is right though, the added peices will help Redds scoring. He will still get his touches, but teams will have to play him almost exculisively one on one and not help off him when ford/ williams get into the lane.

With that being said though, I doubt he will average over 25 ppg for the entire season.

My pics would be Kobe and Iverson and Bron just missing out on the 30 ppg plateau.
