they had that option in 2001.. well i was losin by 1 with 10 sec left and they just ran the clock.. how do u foul intentionally..?

press select.
sometimes they dont foul right away. and be sure your players who are in foul trouble are not on the floor. there's a big chance they will be the ones who'll foul.

you can quickly press the "call play" button twice on defense to intentionally foul... or twice on offense to call a timeout without having to go to the pause menu

YEAH RIIIIIIIGGHTTTT..........like you don't want to foul somebody if your down by 1 with less than 3 seconds remaining. Telling somebody not to foul on that situation are for pussies!

maybe i wasnt clear with my gripe.......It is almost impossible to make 50% of your free throws on superstar level playing online.....so intentionally fouling in order to keep the person from scoring because you know that its impossible to make free throws is for pussies

That's true Brandt, but it's there so we have to deal with it. I don't use any particular button to foul I just charge into them with turbo, sometimes you'll foul them sometimes they fall over and you get the ball.

that is a pussy strategy, you must play on rookie level or something, because ever person that ive played against couldnt hit 50% of their free throws. takes no skill to hit the intentional foul direction and let that person fall prey to lag-throws
