Andre Miller is not all-star material. Period. In his last season in Cleveland he might be, but throwing alley-oops and shooting mid-range jumpers doesn't automatically make anyone an All-Star.

Nobody picks Bibby, Billups, and Hamilton every All-Star game. That's strange.
It's obvious they won't break the starting 5, where the fans vote for it, but since the teams' coaches vote for the bench players, makes me wonder why the players mentioned don't make the lineup.

Exactly. I'm not a big Bibby fan myself, but he (along with Billups&Hamilton) should deserve a call. Billups is a clutch player who can shoot, drive and post up, is consistent and one of the best defensive PGs in the country. He's tall and strong and he probably doesn't have any weaknesses in his game. Hamilton on the other side doesn't really have a three point range, but he doesn't need one. With the retirement of Miller, he's the best at moving without the ball, his stamina is extraordinary and so is his midrange game, the lost art of today's NBA. He'll never be a defensive stopper because of his body, but he's already better on that side of the court than Miller ever was. I seriously think that the coaches don't know what they're doing.

Andre Miller? He's definitely a solid starting PG in this league, but his lack of consistency at directing the offense and the fact he doesn't have a long range jumper whatsoever hurts him a lot.

Its amazing that Stackhouse got to the all star game that year and Rose didnt (and im a big stackhouse fan).

Stack averaged 29ppg (?) thought and probably 4-5 assists per game. It's hard to overlook that though.

Stack did that in 2001. I'm refering to the 2000 asg.

Bibby's been real solid the last 3 years.. all-star material.. he started out as a good PG .. once he got to the Kings.. he should be all-star deserving..

Didn't hamilton make an all-star team with big ben?
i guess not.. Billups/Hamilton are pretty much all-stars...
There are all-star snubs everyyear.. i wonder if zach randolph made it 2 years ago? he was a monster..

the guy gets overlooked every year, it pisses me right the fuck off.

It pissed me off especially last year because no Kings at all were selected.

I'd say Larry Hughes was snubbed last year.

1. Mike Bibby
2. Jalen Rose
3. Corey Maggette
4. Chauncey Billups
5. Rip Hamilton

That's my top 5 and pretty much it right there.

I'd say Larry Hughes was snubbed last year.

He was definately going to be in the AS team, but he got injured.
