9News.com - A woman claims that a Denver Nuggets player, 21-year-old Julius Hodge, tried to sexually assault her last Wednesday night at his condo in downtown Denver.

Hodge, who is 6 feet 7 inches tall and 210 pounds, was a first-round draft pick. He is currently on the road with the team. Police say he is cooperating with the investigation.

"Julius categorically denies this allegation," said Nuggets' GM Kiki Vandeweghe. We encourage people not to jump to any conclusions. We're confident he will be vindicated by the facts."

Guilty or not, either way it's another embarassing day for american society: people raping or people suing a famous person just to get money. What a shame.

It happens in other countries than just America, however it seems to happen here every week or so.

I hope Hodge is in jail for life.

Man , Julius Hodge was one of my favorite rookies coming into this year . I have high hopes for him still , hopefully this doesnt affect his playing career.
