I cant seem to get on Ea Online it keeps going to desktop when i try it , is it my pc or is Ea Online down ?

Me I have a diffirent problem, when I enter te password on the back of my box and press enter it sais that the password is incorect so I downloaded a NBA CD-Key generator and it still doesn't work what can I do ??

all of the game works fine but when i press online i see a black screen and goes to desktop ? what do i need to update for it to work ?
