New Team

There is a way to add a new team, I was wondering if someone could create a 30th team, making it a Western conference team to even things out? I dunno, something fun like the "Hawaii Tiger Sharks" or something, could someone do that?

1) Las Vegas Pimps
2) Charrlote Wasps or Bees (gotta get competetive)
3) San Diego Swish
4) Vancouver Vikings (may-b not such a good idea)
5) San Diego Vikings
