Other video games, TV shows, movies, general chit-chat...this is an all-purpose off-topic board where you can talk about anything that doesn't have its own dedicated section.

Maybe it takes 9 minutes to log off and then back on
Maybe on the 28k modems they use in China.
As for me though, I have a T1.
That sounds great! Can you change your IP to something really random so we can check if it's true?
I would if you aren't talking so dang sarcastically. Also, i'm lazy, Stephen's IP is defaulted into my system right now, I don't feel like changing that and changing it back for a smart-ass person.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:35 pm
Really. Uh-huh.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:36 pm
Ok, we're about to post at the same time for all you skeptics.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:37 pm
Yeah, especially since your friend is not online at the site right now, I checked the bottom of the index.
You guys ready? He's loading up two computers now.

That's a great excuse...if we can't be sure about your little program then you still be --Stephen's 2nd account

lol, Cable guy, you're the one who asked us to post at the same time.
I'm at my office, if you have MSN i'll turn my webcam on so you may see I only have 1 computer.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:41 pm
If I can see you both online at the same time, I'll believe.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:42 pm
We're not the same person.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:42 pm
Were not the same person.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:44 pm
Okay, but why would kingsfanman come online for less than a minute? I didn't even see his name at the bottom.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:45 pm
B/c we are on the same IP.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:46 pm
That post didn't help you. You said you could change your IP.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:46 pm
If this website is like any of the ones I run, one username per IP will be all it shows.
Sites I have ran/programmed for...
www.neopets.com - I partly created their chat system
www.motime.com -- I made their posting codes for them.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:48 pm
So change your IP. How hard is it? Make it the same as mine.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:49 pm
You should understand the fact that changing the IP is not difficult. All he has to have is the program....considering it took him probably 30 something minutes to get into my computer, past my firewall, etc.. changing his IP would require him to rehack my computer, which is more trouble than it's worth.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:50 pm
You two (or three) should go to a motel and have sex
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:50 pm
changing the IP is not difficult
Did you mean it
is difficult?
You haven't convinced anyone yet.
You two (or three) should go to a motel and have sex
I'm bored tonight, I've got nothing better to do than bug him.

Disclaimer to Jae, if you know anything about computers you would realize you just got played, pwned, and completely embarrassed in the computer world.
I've never claimed to know anything about computers. I'm happy this brings you so much pleasure, and I'm sure the day you lose your virginity will bring equal pleasure to you. Until then, hang in there champ!
Anyways I have a solution for everyone, why don't I just ban you both. You can sign up again, I'll always know who you are. Have a nice day.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:55 pm
Cable Guy, you realize I will go into your computer if I do that?
WHy don't you just change your IP address to mine. Not that hard.
To change your IP Address in Windows XP right click on the My Network Places icon on your desktop (or go to Start -> Settings -> Network Connections) then right click on the icon that represents you internet connection and go to the Networking tab then double click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and a window should pop up that lets you enter your IP Address and DNS Server. Most of the time it is better to leave both of these settings at Obtain Automatically because then your computer is automatically assigned an IP Address each time you connect to the Internet but if you have all the correct information from your ISP then you can manually enter the information
This depends on your ISP, if it's a static, you can't change your IP, if it's dynamic, it's easy.
See if you can do it without paying 35 dollars for the program. Find my IP, and put it in that box.. make sure you save your IP first. Quite simple huh?
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:56 pm
I'm too lazy to do it now. Good night, I'm going to bed as soon as I find a motel.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:57 pm
Actually Jae, you should only ban me. Stephen never did anything, haha, I was the one doing it all.

Heck, I don't even play Live.
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:59 pm
That still wont prove anything...
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:59 pm
I don't really want to ban anyone, although Stephen is a bit of a tool.
On a lighter note, dsmbballman has rejoined as "Banned?"
Mon Sep 19, 2005 12:59 pm
Dis bra iz a haxXxorz!
A week off...it's great, but there are consequences
Mon Sep 19, 2005 1:00 pm
That still wont prove anything...
Besides proving how easy it is to change your IP address, no it didn't prove very much.
It was fun guys, but I have work to do now. Ta-ta.
