We're talking about people who have been gone for more than 1 season. Not someone who played half this season was waived and that's it...

Hey Gameboy, these are some of the players I've been talking about!! Great work!! (Y)

Dino Radja is retired and is owner of a team in Croatia (KK Zagreb, I think). He's 38 and he still thinks to be prepared to play at least one year. So Real Madrid, one of the most important teams in Europe (Petrovic, Sabonis,... played there), almost signed him this summer, but finally he declined the offer.

Shammond Williams has just signed with Barcelona, other of the most important teams in Europe (Gasol, Bodiroga, Varejao,... played there).

Vincent Yarbrough?? I've never seen a player with such a neck-ache after a Kobe dribbling, do you remember??

He played for Telindus Oostende in Belgium last year.

Courtney Alexander?? Anybody knows where is he??

Mon Sep 05, 2005 12:49 am

Cedric Ceballos?? I think he was playing with Harlem Globe Trotters, am I wrong?

Mon Sep 05, 2005 12:59 am

Cedric Ceballos played as an import here in the Philippines..He averaged 12ppg,5rpg,1.4apg in 46mpg!!!!The guy was wacked by locals..he was fired here.

Ceballos was playing in ABA last year, with the Utah Bears if I'm not mistaken, the team coached by... Isaac Austin :)

What about Rick Fox? He slipped out after joining Boston didnt he?
And Jay Williams (motorcylce accident i believe :?: )

Yes Jay Williams had a motorbike accident and is now in rehab/recovering/become athletic again or something.. check out his blog on nba.com, if he still posts in it

Tue Sep 06, 2005 12:19 am

Hey do you still remember Joe Wolf??he was then playing for Orlando..That guy was funny..

Tue Sep 06, 2005 11:26 am

oh keon clark where art thou

Tue Sep 06, 2005 11:41 am

Clark was so awesome when he was with Toronto. He was like a super athletic blocking machine and had a decent (but ugly) 12 foot jumper. Ahh.... I remember one game against Seattle, he stuffed the living hell out of one player, ran all the way to the other end of the court and fucking abused the damn rim. I was screaming out with joy when I saw that play, but I was oblivious to the fact that he was a flaming faggot back then. He ditched us, did ok in Sacramento, and then just flat out died in Utah and Phoenix. He WAS supposed to sign with Cleveland last season, but the lazy bastard didn't even show up. It was even on the Cavaliers home page and everything. But the bastard didn't even show.... :shake:

The first Finnish guy ever to play NBA basketball was Hanno Möttölä (Mottola), Hawks. He is the only player I can think of adding here, has since moved to about five different European teams.

what about popeye jones or lavar postell , i think thats his name , he was in the knicks a while ago , havent heard of him since.

Wed Sep 07, 2005 4:58 am

Jones was waived, and I remember Postell from NBA Live 2001. I beefed him up all the way to a 90. :)
