I can run at last at 10km/h (6mph) (1pt per km/h) 10
So you will post an astonishing 36 secs time in the 100m sprint...
I can reach my top speed (10 km/h, see above) very quickly
I can imagine.
I can run 10 minutes without being tired (1pt per minute) 10
On a serious note, there are people who can't do that at all.

100 lbs is around 42 kgr... Not at all much, except if your name is Martynas Andriuskevicius...

If ever you didn't noticed it, I was joking ... 100lbs is not that hard to benchpress when you're 15 or 16 with some practice... Although benchpressing and weights are really not recommended below 18-20 years old... It can weaken your back and prevents you from growing... Indeed until 21 you naturally become stronger year after year, without any specific effort. So kids, be patient!

Depends on bodyweight and inherent strength.

No. That's a common misconception. Bench pressing does not press the back vertically so it is a safe exercise. Seated military presses however, during which you lift the barbell from your shoulders and upwards, applies great vertical stress to the back and can prevent growth. In a few words, kids can start lifting at the age of 15 or so, but should by all means avoid vertical stress exercises until they reach 18.

Holy shit

I was about 6, 6'1 when I was 13 but there were a couple of guys taller. I had a friend who went from 5'10 to like 7'2 in the space of a year and a half.
Wed Aug 10, 2005 8:51 pm
I went from about 5'5" to 5'11" in about 3 months when I was 13....

My 4th girlfriend back in the days went from 6'0" to 5' 7" in three seconds once, when she took off those high heeled boots she was wearing... Talk about a shrinking sprout...

The tallest guy I know is like 6'4'' (192-3 cm) and he's turning 15 in October...
In Italy there aren't guys so tall at young age, the average height for a 16 year old is 5'10

About lifting, I didn't start lifting till this summer, but you can lift when you're younger, the only thing is that most young kids use improper form, which is what can damage you bones and cause lack of growth.

Do you realize that that "theory" goes against the entire point of this forum? It's pretty hypocritical to discredit other's opinions to nothing and then post opinions of your own.

Hehe... you missed the point... I was not saying that people should refrain from stating their opinions, just that whether they come out in the open with them or not, those opinions stink even a little bit. Including yours and mine. But that does not stop us from posting them anyway. Hence the world goes round.

i know something that is like 7 inches but shrunk to something like 2 inches in a span of 3 seconds

There is a 13 year old I played with before that is 5'10". Also a 12 year old same height but he is bigger... he brought his birth certificate one day.
