Bucks Re-Sign Toni Kukoc
The Milwaukee Bucks have re-signed free agent forward Toni Kukoc to a one-year contract, General Manager Larry Harris announced today. The 2005-06 season will be the 13th NBA campaign for the native of Split, Croatia.

i personally think he's done.

Kukoc may be old, 36, but he can still provide some needed offence off the bench, especially 3s. Still I would love to see him playing in Chicago next season to finish his career there.

I wouldn't have minded seeing him go to Chicago for the right price. I think he's got at least a couple of years left in him as a player who can come in and contribute here and there every now and then.

Toni Kukoc was a good player in Chicago. He comes from Croatia, that's why he is soo good .

I respect Toni Kukoc an amazing amount, but the fact that he's going back to the Bucks kind of surprises me. I would definitley have thought he would like to have one more chance of going back to the playoffs and finishing his career in chicago. Plus, he would be a fan favorite here.

I would say Milwaukee has as much of a chance as Chicago to make the playoffs actually... Good move by Kukoc. The Bukcs have made some nice moves this summer... and they have a decent team now!

The Bulls are clearly a better team then the Bucks. I like the moves the Bucks made this offseason but come on. Ben Gordon, Kirk Hinrich, Luol Deng are all going to get better. Chris Duhon is going to improve. The only reason the Bulls aren't being considered more of an elite team in the East is for 2 reasons. Number 1 being the possibility of losing Tyson and Eddy. Number 2 is that they have stood pat this offseason while other Eastern teams were wheeling and dealing. Don't forget that this is a Bulls team that was filled with rookies last season but still had the third best record in the Eastern Conference. They now have playoff expirience, and will be better next year.

I don't think it's crazy. Granted that Hinrich, Gordon and Deng are all goign to get better... and they are a deep team but the Bucks also have a deep team. The Bucks already have Michael Redd. His shooting ability is just superb. This guy can shoot and he is an All-star. You then got Desmond Mason; a real energy guy and TJ Ford, if I'm not mistaken, has a real good Assist to TO ratio. Andrew Bogut is one of the only NBA ready rookies in this year's draft. Gadzuric can rebound and hustle as well as many of the best forwards in the League. Bobby Simmons, who just had a breakout season in LA, showed that he can also play well. IMO, this team ain't really that much worse than the Bulls... I still see them close on a skill type of level. But that's only my opinion... and especially since the Bulls haven't resigned Curry or Chandler yet...

IMO, they wasted their money on Simmons. He is good but not worth 45 Million dollars. Also we will see how Bogut does in the NBA. He didn't to as well as people expected in the Summer League besides having a bad attitude problem.
