Request: Banner for another thing

I'm away from any sort of contact and I need a banner for a series of articles I'm writing for another forum. So I was hoping any of you could help me.

140x100 is the dimensions
Animation is a "must"

BG = The swedish flag and <- cropped that is, without the reddish ...mush
Textcolour = I would imagine black would be fine.

Serious bump. Someone could whip this up in under 5 minutes, come on and help a guy a here.

Just so you don't think everyone is just blowing you off, 1. I'm not good with animation, and 2. My Photoshop hasn't been opening as of late. Hopefully someone can help you though.

I'll have a stab when I get home from uni (in a few hours.. currently in a prac.. well actually I was in my prac but then it was cancelled without notice so I've been waiting 2 hours for the next 1 to start).. but I'm not entirely sure what's going on with

do the the arrows denote that you want it in 3 different frames with 3 slabs of text in each?.. if you could give me a bit more to work with also that would be great..

Thanks, absolutely brilliant.

The --> would signify a new frame. It's going up as a banner for another site, doing a series of articles on the Swedish national football team.

What I want is a really simple banner with the swedish flag or the colors of it in the bg together with the logo above. Not the full logo if it's hard to fit it nicely on the limited space, but still having it in there.

That, and just a simple 1px black border would be great.

Looks good, exept it should be 'sveriges landslag' without the 'a' at the end.
