Hatred is the superior feeling?

Ah, me and my philosophical ways at this time of night (back to back nightshifts without sleep inbetween makes my mind ...funky). But wisdomkids claim that he didn't hate anyone just sparked one thing in my mind.

How. Incredibly. Fucking. Dull.

Love is nice and all, so is happiness. And the sense of being at ease and whatnot. But to me, the most intriguing feeling is that of raw hate. Or anger, maybe hate is too strong on a "scale" since it can so easily be destructive only. But you get the jist of it.

It's the truly intense emotions that, to me, signifies intrest and passion. I find that to be closely related to the level of intrest a person can spark in me. Without passion, I couldn't care less for you probably. Without to ever feel that urge of just screaming your head off at something or someone (in a very non teen-angsty way; in the i'm-pissed-and-i-want-people-to-know-it way) you're just not that interesting.

I hardly think to myself I really hate that person. From time to time I've hated my dad and what he's done to the family, but at the end of the day he's still my dad. How long can you stay mad or hate the person responsible for bringing you to this earth? (Come to think of it, that's quite a valid reason to hate him even more, hehe, nah, c'mon, he's my dad!)

I can't think of anyone I truely despise (hate).

I dislike a lot of people, from nature I'm quite a bitter person, I dislike seeing people get happy over trivial shit.

Anyways, let's ramble about something new.

Today, I went for a job interview. So now the lady looks at my application & she's like, oh so you're born in the States. Now being the crude person I am, the first thought that went through my mind was, no shit you hag, what does it say there? Country of birth: USA. Hmm, why would you have to ask that again, anyways, I'm in desperate need of a job so I just smile & say yes.

Ah, that's amazing she says, 2 years in Holland and I speak this fluent dutch, wow. I correct her by telling her I lived on Curaçao for 11 years, from there that I can speak dutch well. Pff, you should've seen the face on that twat. It was as if someone took out a long lost shovel that got shoved up her ass. I couldn't hold it in so I chuckled, she was like hehe, I know what you were thinking.

I'm like, do tell what you were thinking. She was like yeah, I've heard Antillians have a bit of lazy mentality, so I was just wondering if you would be suited for the job. This ofcourse, pissed me off. There were many things I could've said, but didn't. I just smiled, told her I knew when to work hard & I knew when I could relax. She would be making the right choice. Well, with a bit more of sweet talk (despite her making me sick, I'll get to that later), she agreed to give me the job so I start on Friday.

Now one of the things I could've said is that Antillians > Dutch. No offense to any dutch folks on the forums, but in all seriousness, this chaotic lifestyle, the routine, the constant checking if everything is going prim & proper, it sickens me. Once they classify you as a part of the "bad crowd" that's how you're to remain. You could be fucking Einstein but to them, you suck. Plain and simple. What they see as lazy, we see as relaxed. Fuck, who gives a shit about making the bus so that I can get to work 5 minutes earlier to have coffee & chat you up about how nice your weekend was? Seriously woman, I don't give a flying fuck about your weekend, I'd rather use those 5 minutes to sleep on my non poop infested sheets. Twat.

Another thing, they say all kinds of shit about the Caribbean, but when it's time for vacation, they all run off to there. Hypocrites. I've lived in both countries & I'll admit, Curaçao isn't perfect, far from it. But the less chaotic lifestyle just appeals to me, I like to be able to just skip school on a given day, get in the car with like 2 male friends & then go hit on hot chicks on the beach. I like having that option. I like being able to say, you know what teach? I didn't want to make my homework, how bout I hand it in tomorrow but I'll write 200 lines instead of 100? I like negotiating myself out of trouble. I learn more this way, atleast I think I do. Out here, you fuck up & that's it. You're fucked. I had to stay up for 2 straight days to learn 500 fucking pages of geography. Do I look like I give a rats ass as to how your soil is? Do I look like the type that's going to plant tomatoe's for you? Bah.

Holland is great in certain aspects, it takes care of its citizens, but I mean...everything is routine, rush here, rush there. Be on time and what not. Even when you go out, you have to like go through a protocol of events. You enter, the security guy in his dreary voice goes "don't cause any trouble", yeah, that's what I came to do here, of all places, right here. Once you tell me, ok, twice you tell me, bearable. EVERY WEEK?! C'mon. Then the music, "watskebeurt"? How am I supposed to dance to that? Put on some spanish merengue music, hell I'd even settle for some salsa. Give me a reason to be able to grab onto a womans ass without her being uncomfy in public. No, to enjoy myself I must smell the weed that's being smoked around me or get myself drunk where songs like "watskebeurt" actually sound appealing.

Anger and hate is a great emotion. I hate a lot of things, mostly foreign countries who think they can even compete with the Great ole' US of A. But I also had jag-offs who break the law and think they are cool by doing it. Those little punks, I'll get them some day.

Regarding the first post, the way I see hate is different from the way I see "dislike." There are certain things things I dislike that I don't necessarily hate, and when I hate something, it's almost like having "grudge" attached to it. I don't like to hold grudges, as I like to forgive, rather than being pissed off all my life over something. I dislike onions, I dislike hypocrites, I dislike smoking. Besides, I don't think hate has to necessarily mean anger. I can get really angry, but "hate" doesn't have to come with it. For example, I can get really angry at a friend for dropping my digital camera in the ocean, but that doesn't mean I'll hate him.

What the fuck is the point in forgiving? That is the lamest thing ever. You did something wrong, why forgive and forget? Life doesn't rewind. What happened happened. I hate forgiveness.

Because they did something stupid. I shoot your dad, but I'm so sorry and I have a bunch of regrets for it. It still happened.

I can't hate nobody because hate is a strong word. I mean if you hate somebody, that means you want them to die. I can understand hating the KKK or George Bush but hating any of your family members unless they killed someone real close to you or something is wrong IMO. I get real mad at people at times and even people at my school get me mad, but I can't say that I hate them because you may not know that persons situation out of the school life and they could just be some REAL poor family that has nowhere to live and the only thing he can do is just play around alot at school. When you hate, you ARE NOT really yourself, you become an instinct-driven animal with no conscious control over decisions or actions. And all the time you spent under its influence, is time totally and utterly lost when considering things in hindsight.

I personally pity the humans that give in to their hate often... I believe they are too mentally weak to overcome their base emotions and take control of their own destiny. But then again, that's me.
