I have like a 10 inch verticle.............

That's 5 inches more than Oliver Miller

I thought you said you were 6'2"

I found out 1 inch = 2.54 cm. I remember when everybody posted their height and weight on here and I couldn't convert for shit either, I had something really tall but a very low weight. They all said I was skinny as fuck and I just kept arguing thinking I was right.

ps. in dynasties, I'm still 6"2

this workout seems kinda bs... i used to do like up to 600 calf raises at a time during the summer(each day), like 4 years ago-it helped some i think.

well I'm over it now lol

I'm 5'8" and I can barely touch the bottom of a 10' rim.. not bad I guess
