how deep does it go? I tried looking under general talk but the posts aren't that old. I'd love to dig up some really really old stuff... smart ass posts by Drespn, Jase, Temp and many others when I first joined the forum. Plus others who made contributions during what was the peak for me, before or around the time of the starting 5 thread (spamorama), People like Matthew, Andrew, Jae, Matt, Tales, Black Smurf, Rens and Dmitri Melnikov if anybody remembers him, Pavel, and remember that gay guy... what was his name? Mats "Starbury"!! ... and shadowgrin... David Wells, and even that Dipper guy, oh and Tony Helm and Thug... oh and don't forget Mike D!!!!!!! I could go on for ever :D
Some funny ass posts during that era. The best compilation would probably be a mix of Drespn and Black Smurf quotes, simply classic!

2. The freaking computer steals the dam ball at will.

I have a center who's overall rating is 88 and a powerforward with an overall rating of 83 and It's still nearly impossible to score on the inside. shiteeeee, have you ever watch an Nba game E-fucing A.
5. That fucing back down move is shitttttty.
6. My point gaurd averages 8.7 steals per game.
my starting five averages over 30 blocks a game do the fucing math.
7. My point gaurd fg shooting is 88 and the I can only average like 8 points a game with him.
8. Why do Ea do unbalanced •••• in the franchise mode, like players with 90 fg rating who with 13 foot range. If a fuckking shooting gaurd couldn't hit a 18 ft jump shot the bittttch wouldn't be in the NBA. Assssss's EA that what that dumb shiat is.
9. Why in franchise, the most improve player of the year will average like 2.1 ppg. and 2.0 rb ?
Why in the fuc is Shawn Marion a superstar?
10 Why is Shaq the MVP of the Year for like the next 15 years. One year his overall rating was
69 he averaged 32. ppg and 12 rbs and 3 blks.
11. Why is the six man always a player that starter all year long.

This shiat pisses me off. The game play is fucked forever. Fuckkk you EA. Well not the entire EA staff just you Jumb ASSSSSSSS who made live. I pray that shitttttttttt bricks fall from the sky and beat the living •••• out of ya.

I just have to wait till the got dam x-box come out to play inside Drive, the true kings of Basketeball. Inside Drive 2000 is better than this bullshit. I guess I can use the game, NbA Live, for a coaster or something. I should wipe my asss with it and mail it to EA headquarters.

ill have to agree that the boards were far more lax back then..and i was one of the spammers and flamers. However, with the change in site and board, we needed a new image to go along with it...a less hectic one. We still have fun here at the nlsc though...dont we? :)
