I think Payton will stay with the Bucks and Duncan with the Spurs.

Probably Duncan will stay in San Antonio, i'm not sure about Payton, and Kidd is between SA and New Jersey.
I don't think the Nuggets are gonna re-sign Howard, and i don't think he would like to stay.
About the Clips, they don't want to be over the salary cap, and they have like 6 FA, so this summer is gonna be tough for them.
Olowakandi is going anywhere, and i hope they keep Brand and Odom or Maggette.

Maggette is a must for the clippers. i heard somewhere that he was " the poor man's t-mac" dont agree with that, but he does have game and would be a big loss.
is camby a free agent this year?

Well Olowokandi is as good as gone. I don't think they will give Odom a max contract. They have to resign Brand, but it's the Clips so he will probably be leaving too. Maggette will probably get a pay day though. Who are the other guys who are free agents??

will payton remain with the bucks?

Unless he gets offered a huge amount, I doubt it.

who will sign James Posey?

Any team looking for a talented scorer.

how about Juwan Howard or Jason Terry?

Howard won't stay in Denver, but I think Terry will stay in Atlanta.

not to mention Tim Duncan..

If San Antonio can lure a big name player, Duncan will stay.

Though I think in the end Kidd will stay in New Jersey. I've read a couple of articles that suggest a rift between Kidd and head coach Byron Scott, but the Nets have dismissed that talk. Still, one article suggested the odds of Kidd staying have fallen to 50-50.

i'd expect reggie, scotty, and elden to retire...

Arenas won't stay in GS (unless he's bloody mad)

i don't see the bucks keeping GP...they got Cassel..

RAtliff won't stay in Atlanta...i'd love to see him back in philly...

Kidd and Duncan will probebly stay...

Sheed should leave unless the Blazers somehow manage to win it all this year...

well...howard is doing great in denver...so i guess that he'll stay..

the rest...no idea...

the Nuggets want to keep Howard
and i think GP will stay in milwaukee, cassell and payton are playing liek on e the best backcourts in the nba!!
they combine on average since payton has come along, around 46-50ppg 15-20apg 8-12rpg.

Mason is too short to be playing C, even in the East.

I believe they can't, because, if I'm not wrong, they don't have enough money in their salary cap to sign him. At least GP accept to get a low salary. But with him the Lakers will be almost undisputed. They really need a very good PG.

If the Lakers still have their mid-level exception this offseason they could probably sign him, but it's somewhat less than the figure GP will likely ask for.

The Nuggets wannna keep Howard but he doesn't stay there. I'd not expect Elden, Reggie Miller and Pippen to retire. But I think that Miller will stay and the other two will leave their teams. Denver and Clippers could do well signing free agents, but they must negotiate very well.

But if they don't sign Payton, Arenas would be a good option.

Unless he's looking for a championship ring, after all kinda deserves it.

Might be enough to lure him.... hopefully.

Payton then would be better off to sign with the Spurs and get his ring there.
