Remy, I use NeoTrace Pro to trace IP's. Can't talk about illegal downloading so just go "browse" around some "special" sites to find it. Hell get another firewall while you're at it

A bit offtopic but does anyone have any idea of how I should get rid a popup window that popups everytime I open internet explorer??

I don't want to change to mozilla firefox and I've already tried ad-aware without any succes.

Get Spybot Search and Destroy also (it'll show on google). You need them both if you really want to stay clean. With Spybot you can also immunize (protect against future spyware), so that's useful. Make sure you update both programs before you scan as well. And for god's sake, switch to Firefox. Why the hell wouldn't you want to? Faster, no pop-ups, tabbed windows...

Because it's not my PC and therefor not my call to change browser.

Microsoft Antispyware > Spybot. I'd get that over spybot. Not that it's bad, but MA is just better overall. They give you the choice to remove whatever they find. For example, they even find MSN Plus but you have the option to keep or remove it.

Besides, MA works in the background keeping your PC safe & sound.

Brilliant. Anyway, there is this guy that's claiming to be Daniel Gibson (point guard from University of Texas) in my league and I wanted to see where it was coming from...And it apparently isn't houston.

I used "AOL spyware protection" which already existed on the system and it founded and removed the annoying popup window for me
