Brad Miller out

Sun Mar 13, 2005 5:04 pm

Hes out for 4-6 weeks because he fractured his leg in practice... wat u guys think?

Sun Mar 13, 2005 5:08 pm

Needless to say, bad news for Sacramento. Things didn't look too bad after the Webber trade considering they were without Peja and Miller during most of that stretch, but losing Miller for the rest of the regular season and most likely their whole playoff run really limits their chances of doing anything surprising this season.

Sun Mar 13, 2005 5:19 pm

I think hes a bit underrated.. not many ppl see him as a talented passer!

Sun Mar 13, 2005 5:26 pm

i thought brad miller is good?
even he was at chicago..
didnt know why he gets traded...

The trade to Indiana was Krause's mistake. I believe the trade to Sacramento was a case of Indiana trying to avoid the luxury tax.

looks like kings will be 6th or 7th seed in west or miss the playoffs if they do bad and Lakers and nuggets catch them

Sun Mar 13, 2005 6:11 pm

I dont think the Kings will drop out of the playoffs... but anything can happen in the NBA..

Mon Mar 14, 2005 3:20 am

They won't drop out of the play-offs. Still a solid team, we'll just start Skinner and things will be fine. Losing B-52 though is a major concern.

Mon Mar 14, 2005 8:28 am

U may drop to 6th or 7th but not out of the playoffs... ur record is pretty good!

Mon Mar 14, 2005 9:58 am

Kings will be fine, but don't be surprised if they fall out of the first round without Brad Miller.

Mon Mar 14, 2005 10:31 am

personally i still think they are better now than they were before the trade. this injury does hurt them severly though, specially if they have to play the spurs at all.

Mon Mar 14, 2005 10:59 am

Even though I guess I can understand it, it was still hilarious to me that he broke his fibula in a layup drill.

Lol yeah, that interior presence of songalia and skinner are so much better than webber and miller. Go kings!

Mon Mar 14, 2005 11:37 am

i meant with a healthy miller

Mon Mar 14, 2005 4:49 pm

what a bish... I had just traded for him at the trade deadline for Tim Duncan and Marquis Daniels in a fantasy league...

Mon Mar 14, 2005 5:24 pm

tim duncan? :D you rip the other team off......

Tue Mar 15, 2005 1:21 am

I think the OTHER team ripped him off... :?

Tue Mar 15, 2005 1:28 am

Duncan and Daniels for Miller??? That's what you're saying???

Tue Mar 15, 2005 1:45 am

W/o Miller Kings are screwed in the playoffs.....he's a legit big man with size.

Tue Mar 15, 2005 6:23 am

the kings are basicly screwed either way in the playoffs. until they have a legit star player who can perform in the clutch(read:playoff basketball) they aint even gonna win a damn thing. i like webber(gone but gotta mention him) and i like peja, but both are big time choke artists. trading webber is a good step imo

Tue Mar 15, 2005 10:40 am

bibby is possibly the best player in the nba yet to make an all star team. when all their guys are healthy, they are one talented bruiser in the post away from being a contender

peja did play his best ball w/o webber and bibby continues to hit big shots

Tue Mar 15, 2005 8:56 pm

I've lost track of Cuttino.. has he really become nothing since leaving Stevie??
