It opened up a pernament starting spot for mike sweetney, and he has been productive and the knicks are suddenly winning again. Just wait untill houston comes back and could make a late dash at the playoffs.

Yep, most important is getting Sweetney more PT. I truly believe with time, he can develop into a special player. Maybe not HOF, but a solid, consistent ten-year player.

current knicks payroll: 104.4 million
05-06 knicks payroll: 109.7 million
06-07 payroll: 84.8 million

only amaechi, sundov, and jackie butler will not have a contract for next season. expect trevor ariza to have a huge raise next year. the knicks payroll will not get any smaller with houston, hardaway and marbury's contracts.

in short.... knicks are f*cked :D

Anyone would be better than Dolan. He's one of the WORST owners in the NBA. Knicks & Rangers have sunk to an all-time low under his watch. I know you young Knick fans don't believe me, but NY will never win with him in charge. All he cares about is playoff money, not about building a team that will content for the next decade.

the knicks are better when marury scores less than 20points and dishes out more ( at least thats how its been for the most part in this win streak)

Damnit, I need a vid of that!!!!!!!!!
Anyway I like how the Knicks are winning games they're supposed to win, Jamison is a big piece of the Wizards and when he's out they're way less dangerous.

Crawford off the backboard

The Knicks got caught in the air with nowhere to go alot last night. JC was able to create something though! :D

knicks played well for 46min vs Seattle, but lost it at the end. Good to see the knicks can keep up now, problem is the knicks 6 games are against
-Miami
-@ Atlanta
-@ Miami
- San Antonio
- Boston
-@ Seattle

only 1 of those games the knicks have a really good chance to win; the others teams are all playing well :/

I read in yesterday's paper Isiah will make a big play for Nate McMillan when his contract is up. I'd like to see Herb coach a full season.

Damn, I seriously had this nightmare where the Knicks traded Ariza for a veteran with a big contract.

 ....I hope that doesnt happen....Ariza certaintly is gonna be a key part of the Knicks success in the future.....they should give him minutes...he is still pretty raw but cmon he cant do any worse than those overpaid vetz....Penny should be CUT !!!!....their never gonna be able to trade him away...no one really wants him....

Anyway i heard the Knicks might try bring Ray by sending Crawford and Kurt Thomas in for a sign and trade.....but the Clipz r prolly gonna offer Maggette n Wilcox which is likely to be favoured considering both players r young and Wilcox will give the Sonics athletism and power down low.

Anyway dunno....Ray would be a big add-on...Starbury will finally have a proper player to play with...if Starbury and Ray get together they could make a lethal catch and shoot play....

Man these big contracts really spoil the knicks.....what do u guys think abt Kwame Brown and Larry Hughes?....they say Isiah will try n get a sign and trade for one of them.....Hughes maybe useful but hes like a improved version of Crawford....n Brown well I dunno.....I wonder will he have a breakout season if he goes to the Knicks?

Kwame Brown? I want no part of him.

I'm trying to figure out WTF Isiah is doing. Knicks need size and a low-post prescence that commands double-teams.
