Iverson deserved it, it was a tight run but his play had slightly more impact in the game than Kobes or Allens.
LeBron did not deserve it. He was off the hook the whole all-stars weekend, not looking like he enjoyed the game or the weekend itself. I saw Iverson jumping up each time his teammate made something great happen in rookie-soph game, I saw O'Neal with his classy grin, looking like they enjoy the event.
And then theres LeBron who seemed to be bored at rookie-soph game (totally open and he barely jumped up imitating Vince from last year, ending with two handed dunk?). At dunk contest he was also like "i dunnoo what Im doin here", cameras showing him right when Bark and the rest discussed him not participating... Dont know, he was a pale shadow of his regular season perfomance. I hoped much more from such a hyped player. I mean if he brings out excuses that he feels sick that morning or some old injury is giving its touch, then that would force the guy more to pass and play intelligent on court not tiring himself. What LeBron did was entirely different, taking some silly threepointers (especially in the rookie-soph game).
Bah, I just hoped more from him.
