Pay no attention to R3MO, he's more biased than that Tim Duncan dude.
But its R3MO 8 - 0 Jackal!!!!!

Wow, how creative. You called me Jackass, now will the other 4000 some members recall what my username was till not long ago.

I'd pick San Antonio to win, Duncan isn't Shaq. He's careful with his fouls. Besides, he doesn't get called as easily as Shaq does
not to mention Duncan can shoot and WILL get the ball. I'd at least expect a 6 game series.
Thu Feb 10, 2005 1:53 am
The team around Duncan is more compatible with Detroit too, if Detroit has Prince as a defender, SA has Ginobili. It's pretty balanced out.

i still dont see malone helping this team that much. disagree all you want with me but i think they are perfectly fine without him.
Thu Feb 10, 2005 8:07 am
With him they will actually do worse, right now I think they will win the championship. Karl Malones curse will destroy their season.

Hey, if they had Willis's old ass for such a long period, Malone's wouldn't harm them.
Thu Feb 10, 2005 8:45 am
It would indeed be an interesting match-up. Pay no attention to R3MO, he's more biased than that Tim Duncan dude. Hehe, an argument between those two would be fun (and mind numbing at the same time).

how am i bias...
wtf r u talking about fouls... fouls has nothing to do with winning a championship. spurs would win easily against anyone in the east because they cannot compete against the spurs' defense nor their size.
Thu Feb 10, 2005 9:10 am
You're biased since everything you talk revolves around Spurs, Spurs & Spurs. You can't be objective anymore.
Fouls don't have anything to do with it? Hmm, Duncan fouls out in the second quarter, doesn't have anything to do with it? Detroit would whoop their friggin asses without Duncan for the rest of the second half.
Don't get all cocky & shit, SA is good but they are beatable. We saw that pretty much last year.
Thu Feb 10, 2005 10:31 am
If Manu keeps up his good year and Duncan controlls his Fouls then no....im sorry to say they are not beatable. They will win this year.
Thu Feb 10, 2005 10:44 am
"LA with Payton & Malone are unbeatable."
Right. Every team in the league is beatable, don't just blurt shit out just to say the opposite of what I said.
Thu Feb 10, 2005 10:50 am
But i love blurting....And i love pissing you off its so easy. But im not just saying the opposite i seriously mean it. THEY WILL WIN!
Thu Feb 10, 2005 1:24 pm
I'm sure you can't see the future. They are the favorites. Almost everybody says that they're gonna win, including me, but there's still a chance that Duncan goes down with an injury that ends his season (he missed two games with an ankle injury and they lost against the Wizards tonight) and the Spurs Championship hopes.
Thu Feb 10, 2005 1:35 pm
If Duncan goes the championship goes. But Duncan makes sure he plays safe for the most part.

Spurs unbeatable? Please........
spurs would win easily against anyone in the east because they cannot compete against the spurs' defense nor their size.
1. Detroits defense, when they play at their best, is better than Spurs be it marginally.
2. Size???? Spurs have Duncan, Rasho & Rose compared to Detroit's Wallace, Wallace & McDyess....if anything Detroit is bigger in the front court.......Prince is taller than Bowen, Hamilton taller than Manu and Billups taller Parker.
wait, weren't the Spurs unbeatable last season up 2-0 against Lakers......oh what's that, they lost 4 straight.
Sat Feb 12, 2005 7:41 am
saying the spurs will definetly win over the pistons is stupid. everyone said this last year about the lakers didnt they? who won that? another thing, who is to say that either the spurs or pistons will make it? dont be so quick to yell out that the spurs are unbeatable, its not even the playoffs yet.
