with a lost tonight to the bobcats:blow out ot be exact, does anyone think the t'wolves are imploding like the lakers did last year? Cassell, spree, both want contract extentions, hudson unhappy with playing time, KG scoring 47 and they still lose, whats going on here??
and where did twolvezfanfoever go, a big wolves fan

I think a more accurate name would've been "twolvezfantiltheystartlosingotherwiseimjustanannoyingspammer". Expect him to start 5 or 6 threads once they actually start winning again.

The Timberwolves are struggling. I cant really comment much because I dont see many games but from what I have heard and read there perimiter defense is bad. Plus stupid turnovers and some players are taking stupid shots eg Troy Hudson. Sprewell is stuggling to hit shots full stop he shot like 1-8 today. Most the players on the team are in the later stages of there carrers and they have no cap space because of big contracts. Thats all I have to say I hope they turn it around.

these team reminds me of the 2001 bucks

which is a terrible thing. coming off a season in which they went to the confrence finals they were poised to make another run at it. they came into the season bickering a little bit but everyone thought they would put that behind them once they started winning. it never happened and they missed the playoffs and traded everyone that summer and next year. only diff i see is the wolves WILL make the playoffs, though i dont think they will get out of the first round.

I'd be lying if I said I'm not worried because I am. This team has no defensive pressure, they don't play with emotion (besides Madsen and Garnett) and their shooting sucks on the road. Something has to change. KG and Madsen seem like the only guys willing to win the ball game.
I don't think they need to make a trade but maybe making a move would help this team, I don't know. Sprewell needs to step it up, that's for sure. He says he is worth 14 million dollars yet he is averaging about 11 points a game and gives little effort anymore on the defensive end. It's pathetic.
Wolves and Bobcats were tied with 4 minutes left but the Bobcats pressed and Wolves had about 5 straight turnovers leading to Bobcat points. It's just not acceptable.
Garnett is doing all he can and so is Madsen. Sometimes even Wally is trying but everyone else just seems to be sleep walking right now. It pisses me off.
But I'm sure things will turn around, I'm confident. All this team needs is a winning streak to get them going and they are off. I just don't know when that will come.

All it takes is $14 million to feed Latrell's family. He must have a really, really big family. Because, if he's able to feed his family, then he would probably play a little harder. That's when Minnesota starts winning.
The end.

Well, T'Wolves against Sixers today. Iverson's not playing, he has an injured ankle. I don't have too much hope for a W today, but I hope something happens.
Before the game started, they showed what good and averages PF's can do to the Sixers (Murphy: 30+ and 10+; Brand: 23+ and 10+, etc), imagine what Garnett can do

I suspect this is the last year of Latrell Sprewell as we know him... my favorite player ever...
Also, I thought Olowokandi would benefit from being near KG's professionalism... didn't help at all... Olowokandi's one of the biggest bust of the past 8 years IMO.

Yeah, I was thinking about Olowokandi too. I don't like him

. I mean, he doesn't do too much in the games, besides getting in foul trouble. He's one on the biggest bust ever, IMO.
