depends in certain situations..

in getting their shot off without any help i say peja

It matters situation.
Kobe's on there due to Clutch performances. if hes feeling hyped and they need a shot hell get it.
But he cant just shoot all the time. So hes automatically out.
Peja, Ni'ce 3's. Pure sharp Shooter. Hes not very dependaple from what ive seen. ( like he can cross somebody up to get the open 3)
Ray ALlen - cant say nothing for him. If you know his name u know how he is.
I say Stephon Marbury since hes the best =p

I thought about Korver too, that guy has serious range.
