Wed Dec 22, 2004 11:39 am

75-36 at home??

DOwn by 39 at the half... and at Home...

I think 75 is the season high at the half for the whole league.

Wed Dec 22, 2004 11:40 am

they did more than lost the game. they embarrased themselves

Biggest Lead:
Knicks-0
Mavs-46

No they didnt, they end result is a win for dallas and a loss for new york. that is it.

But seeing its fun to laugh at other teams:
Memphis 12-15 record, below .500
Minnesota lost to the cavaliers today.

Instead of worrying about new york look at you're own pathetic teams that cant get the job done either.

the good thing is the grizz were 15-17 last season and we end up winning 50 games...i dont think being 12-15 and on a 3 game winning streak....so you can make as much fun as you want because they just got their regular starting lineup back as well and they're 7-4 under fratello  thats better than getting embarrased by the home crowd. i know they were boo'ed at halftime and at the end of the game.

Wed Dec 22, 2004 2:45 pm

I believe that Detroit beat Boston by 63 points or so 2 seasons ago.

Wed Dec 22, 2004 4:12 pm

Excuses excuses, shut up. Memphis has been a dud this season. Everyteam gets injuries. Just accept last season as a fluke and move on.

what are u talkin about we've been a dud. they basically had the same record last season. the reason why they won 50 games last year was because they had one of the best records after jan. 1st in the league  thats not an excuse, its a fact...everytime someone brings up something about the knicks u want to bring the grizz into it because ur knicks look bad at times...

Wed Dec 22, 2004 5:57 pm

The grizzlies after last season's success have been a dud. I dont care how bad of a start they had last season. If Miami started this season 2-14 or whatever it was last season, would that be considered a bad start too? Absolutely.

everytime someone brings up something about the knicks u want to bring the grizz into it because ur knicks look bad at times...

No its only when you talk about the Knicks badly is when i point out that the grizzlies are actually worse than new york. Its easy to stand there and criticise other teams, but when the same stupidity is echoed towards your team, you can't handle it. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones...

Wed Dec 22, 2004 6:14 pm

i can handle it because i actually back up my comments. you still cant say how bad the grizz are because if your judging them by their start early in the season in the first place your still wrong. also saying that the knicks are better than them is even worse. i know good well that the knicks cant beat the grizz in a series because the knicks dont have as many good players as the grizz, and the grizz actually play team ball. dont start saying stuff like the knicks are better than the grizz when the knicks are right at .500 in the worse division in the league, and ill rather talk to you on MSN other than talking on a forum just so i can say more to you that i wouldnt say on the board. :D

Wed Dec 22, 2004 6:26 pm

Actually you dont back up your comments, its just "omg how embarassing for new york". I'd still take new yorks record over memphis'...
And of course i can point out how much of a disapointment memphis has been early on. They are flat out struggling, and its not pretty. I know they've won 3 straight, but i'd still take the knicks record. its healthier.
You dont know if the grizz would win in a series against new york. No one knows, "thats why they play the games".

and ill rather talk to you on MSN other than talking on a forum just so i can say more to you that i wouldnt say on the board.

You havent said anything to me on msn... and why wouldnt you say it here? E -thug eh?

Wed Dec 22, 2004 6:37 pm

whenever i tried to add ur name, nothing comes up so ur name wont show up for some reason. dont start on that e-thug mess, if i was a thug then i would try to talk like one all the time like some people do.

of course you would take the knicks record of the grizz, because its better at the moment, but dont judge a team until you see the final results. there was the bobcats beating the knicks thread which i made fun of them about and now its this thread. i just like to see what the knicks are really trying to do at the moment, for all i know is that isaiah want everybody who name pops up in a trade rumor  (and that is true because everyday i see somebody the knicks want)...so if you want try adding my name to ur list instead and see if it works

Wed Dec 22, 2004 6:51 pm

I just tried to re add you then. I changed emails recently...
but dont judge a team until you see the final results.

Ditto

Its only becuase of the market they are in. Thank BSPN (great work dre with that one!) and the other sites who exagerate EVERYTHING that the knicks do. I mean i saw on espn.com a title of an article about how isiah hasnt done anything with the knicks. That is just ridiculous. He's landed Marbury, crawford, gotten rid of KVH, added depth to the team and got them to the playoffs last season. the team he took over last year was in quick sand and he has given them the opportunity to compete and get better with some young players. Like Allen Iverson (and recently kobe), everything Isiah does seems to be blasted and given negative press.

Thu Dec 23, 2004 1:34 am

Only mistake he made was getting rid of KVH. And maybe giving away too many drift pickls with the Marbury trade.

So what, the Knicks lost big. It's still only one loss. And it's not like all the Knicks had career nights and lost. They were all stinking up. And they shouldn't have been shooting so many threes. when you're down by a lot, take it to the whole. And if you get fouled, it stops the clock. A bonus. Bad coaching/player decision making there.

And Wilkens should have taken the starters out earlier. The bench actually wasn't doing bad the few minutes they played.

And Knicks have lost to the expansion team Bobcats, but so have the defending NBA Champion Detroit Pistons. The Bobcats aren't horrible for an expansion team. And they've beat the Magic too.

Thu Dec 23, 2004 4:49 am

Wolves lost to a good cav team without Sprewell though

i like draft pickles :D

meh yeah i agree, Horn was a very good player, the knicks got into the playoffs last year, but not this year

Never thought I would say this but: I WANT KVH BACK!!!

And how can the Knicks not get into the play-offs? They almost have the #3 spot in the East on lock, because so far I don't think any team in the Atlantic plays better than the Knicks (or should I say NY doesn't play as bad a the rest?)
