Thanks! And thanks for spreading the word!
I have to ask, where did you hear that you need an SSD in order to play on a real PS3? I've never that before. I have an original (fat) PS3 with the stock hard drive and it works fine.

On one of my Slims and My Original BC Compatible Fatty, the pkg would never load and just go to a black screen on both!

I cloned both drives to a new SSD, and then reinstalled the PKG to the SSD and the game booted instantly!

I did it based off self experience, so I didn't hear it from anywhere, lol.

Hope that clarifies things! :D

One suggestion for a player could be to add Vucevic for the BULLS instead of Drummond: It makes more sense and you have a player to use for a late 10´s magic when you do 2010´s On fire edition.
Also, it seems that Dillon Brooks wants Jalen Green´s spot on the current Suns hahahaha (saying that because Jalen was clearly supposed to be the number 2, and Dillon shut all our mouths)

Yeah, there's no shortage of players who should be in these projects. It's just a matter of having time to create them. Vuc will probably never be created. A third option (behind DeRozan and LaVine) on a bad Bulls team will just never become a priority for me. Dillon too. I think he's definitely the #2 guy for the current Suns, but unless they make things happen in the playoffs, it's the same story for me.

You're 100% right about Drummond. He was created for DET in 2010s OFE (Griffin, Drummond, Jackson).

I totally get it, until editing for Jam OFE becomes a little more spread (don't know how the guide is coming along) creating some players should be a hassle when they are barely relevant.
I mentioned vuc not necessarily because of the Bulls, but because it could be a useful player for 2010's (ex. Late 10's magic with vuc and Gordon). Then, you can also use Gordon for current Nuggets.

Again, you nailed it. Orlando has been the hardest decision for 2010s OFE because they would require new heads for everyone on the team. Vucevic and Gordon wouldn't really be enough, as neither of them were really ball handlers, and especially not 3PT shooters. So I'd want to create Fournier, to make that THREE new heads. For this reason, my current plan is to not have Orlando in 2010s OFE. It sucks, but there are (currently) 42 other teams, so I think it will be OK

Well, if you need a magic team, you can just copy and paste base OFE magic, if that's the only franchise you're missing

Less than 9 hours after v5.0... NBA JAM: 2020's On Fire Edition v5.1 has been released!
This is a bugfix release. I guessed wrong on CLE James Harden's number. He's going to be #1, not #13. This is the only change from v5.0.

Hi! After going through each team of this amazing mod, I made a lost of roster suggestions that could work to improve the mod in the future.
By no means this is intended as a request or as an imposition, but rather as a list of ideas of what could work considering the current state of the league and the rosters.
This opinions are based around eras and new branding, that's why some of my suggestions could deviate from the idea of representing a single season...
Here is the full list going team by team:
Roster suggestions:
*Atlanta:
Early 20's: maybe add dejounte Murray (it failed, but he could also be used for pels, although I don't think he's really needed, more as an idea than anything else)
Current hawks: i saw someone suggest Alexander-walker, also risacher could be a good suggestion.
*early 20's Boston: it's weird because they have a lot of players, I would say either
A-eliminate rob Williams and kemba (don't really relate to the 2024 squad)
B-create an early 20's celtics team, more focused around their early finals trip in 2022 and conference finals in 2020.
That way, Rob Williams and kemba are not forgotten with so many players (this one also is not one that I think should be a must, more an alternative).
*Current Boston: nothing
*nets: nothing to mention, maybe Joe Harris that could be used for 2010's OFE.
*Charlotte: add kon knueppel, and maybe Brandon Miller (could replace hayward).
*Bulls: nothing
*Cavs: nothing (let's see of LeBron goes there for 2026-27)
*early 20's mavs: i always found weird that finney-smith is in the game... although this is the team that makes more sense to include him , players like pj Washington or hardaway jr have more merit.
*mid 20's mavs: nothing (tbd in future seasons)
*nuggets: the core 4 are already there, but KCP (full starting line-up of 2023) could help with 2010's OFE and with early 20's lakers. Also nuggets westbrook could return.
*pistons: Nothing (maybe Duncan robinson)
*Warriors: i liked the idea of butler to represent the mid 20's and not creating another warriors squad, but I get that this represents the 21-22 season (all of this may be irrelevant of LeBron decides to retire in Golden State).
*Rockets: weird suggestion, but I would replace finney-Smith with jalen green, so that we have the core two (sengun-green) from last season. Also could be an option jabari Smith jr and replacing capela with Steven Adams (player needed for 2010's OFE)
*Pacers: considering they're the current runners-up and are a team that's focused on players rather than stars, I believe additions like nembhard, myles turner or zubac would make the roster more complete.
*Clippers: it's weird because it's a team with a lot of players that have shared a season together, but I'll suggest creating a current team/a team focused around the leonard/harden duo, mostly because I would love to see the new branding. Besides that, I would add Zubac for Ibaka (leave him in 2010's OFE). If you want an excuse for a current Clippers, an option could be leonard/garland/collins.
*Early 20's lakers: it's weird considering they have an unmovable duo, but I find that some names from the 2020 team could be there (kcp? Kuzma? Hachimura for longevity in the 2020's? Old Howard? Alex caruso?)
*Current lakers: AUSTIN REAVES (i would even move him as a starter replacing LeBron, who i wouldn't eliminate from the team even though he's probably gone).
*Grizzlies: add Dillon Brooks (also helps with current suns)
*Heat: Duncan Robinson maybe (considering that he could also be on the pistons). Besides that nothing.
*Bucks: nothing (don't think a future kuzma-turner team without giannis makes sense).
*Wolves: Nothing (maybe Dlo but not a must)
*Pelicans: maybe dejounte Murray (see early hawks)
*early 20's knicks: rj Barrett maybe (to have three players and he could be used in current raptors).
*Current knicks: og anunoby, josh Hart.
*OKC: it's strange that the best team doesn't really need more players, so I would suggest a weird but interesting: a 2020 thunder team with Chris Paul, Shai and the player that I think add to both this hypothetical thunder and the current one: Lu Dort.
*Magic: Nothing.
*Early 20's sixers: i think its perfect! Maybe add ben Simmons for the 2021 season, but I think you'll save the embiid-Simmons duo for 2010's OFE (besides the fact that they are already in legends OFE).
*Current sixers: nothing.
*early 20's suns: nothing, perfect representation of the 2021 finalists.
*Current suns: maybe it's a bit much, but there seems to be two different teams inside this one: the KD-beal-booker era (too short for its own good) and the current one. I would create a current suns that has booker, jalen green and replacing nurkic i would have Dillon Brooks. The other option would be to just wait for a better version of the suns and limit them to the kd-beal-booker era.
*Early 20's blazers: nothing.
*Current blazers: nothing.
*Kings: nothing
*Spurs: they have the potential for additions, probably Stephon Castle and Harper.
*Early 20's Raptors: nothing.
*Current raptors: adding rj Barrett just for the three player option.
*early 20's Jazz: Bogdanovic or Joe ingles maybe? They're fine.
*Current Jazz: i would overhaul the team: replace Sexton and Collins with Jackson Jr and Ace Bailey (keyonte George maybe?), also you could put nurkic here and add the current branding.
*early 20's wizards: nothing, perfect representation of their only playoff appearance this decade.
I would create a current Wizards though, with Anthony Davis, Trae Young and Alex Sarr (in the future it could be modified depending on the progress of the team).

And that are all of my suggestions!

See the thing is UKWE... johnz1 doesn't realize how integral his projects are to the betterment of society as a whole. He's even working on a project for another game that is inferior to his own projects. I've told him this. He's too humble... I'm calling you out johnz1... The fans have spoken... Dump that other project... It is Completely inferior to yours. It is what it is, brotha man.
