tried it, couldn't get it to switch to English even after a couple of restarts so I just deleted it.
Also starts with some sort of Ad that's in Chinese.

computer (MS Defender) detected it as some type of a virus

I got passed all the virus warning stuff had Malwarebytes check it out and its clean you would have to add it as a exception on windows to use it. but... I cant get it to work and the English part still doesn't work either from the download link you supplied. looks interesting but I can't get it to do anything.

going to put it on MS defender exception list so it can bypass the virus protection

I wouldn't count on a free roster editor that will let you do anything other than change player CFIDs. If you want to edit team names and stats, it will cost money.

Not that I've seen yet, maybe by December we will have some cheat tables or a editor that doesn't require a exception to use.

czpeople, After I switch steam to offline and I use this tool to add jersey slots, after closing the tool, will turning steam back to online result in a ban? Or will it only result in a ban if I use the tool while steam is online?

That's the latest version. Taken straight from eyeuc. Eyeuc doesn't have an update as of this moment.

Anyways, anybody tried switching it to offline, unlocking jerseys slots, closing the tool and then turning the game back online? Did the game not get block?

How do you have access to Eyeuc? I tried making an account but it's basically impossible without a Chinese friend. If you have access and it wouldn't be too much trouble, could I ask you to get something from it?
