NBA 2K21 AUDIO NOT WORKING

Same with my 2k17 my 2k21 has no audio, then i went to check if i can disable my 2kbeats but when i open it, it just skips every music to the next one without playing, how do i fix this?

That's an extremely rare issue, I don't recall anyone ever mentioning it before for either game. Have you tried verifying the game files through Steam?
