Can someone explain how DominusIV mods his game?

I see in a ton of his videos he has done something that enables his players to hit full court shots no problem, and even if I make my player 110 overall with all hof badges, and 100 sliders, I can't do that. I see in some of his videos he has somehow messed with the players badges (ankle breaker, range extender, etc.) which probably explains it. I have messed with cheat engine a bit to see if I could find any values related to the badges but to no avail, and Dominus obviously won't share how he does it cause then his channel won't be that special anymore. I was wondering if anyone has any answers, thanks for any replies.
