New to Forum: Cyberface requests: 2000's-now College Project

Mon Sep 30, 2024 3:34 am

Hi All,

New here, and unfortunately do not possess the tools or skillset to do these things myself or else I'd learn and try to contribute. Long story short, the last few 2K's I've built 2000's-Present all time college rosters, and for teams like Kentucky, Duke, Kansas, UNC, etc. It's easy, plenty of players to choose from, though it's time consuming on Console to move and assign players, but anyhow, I am hoping someone can assist me by adding a few players that have been on previous 2K's and have been removed in the last few years. Many of them I know for certain should work if you can add deleted players from previous next gen games, but the others are wishful thinking from older games that are 5-10 year old.

If this is not how to request things or if this is a completely delusional request, please let me know, just hopeful someone can help me make some super cool rosters to share with the community. Several of the requests are for Purdue players, as they are few and far between in 2k.

-E'twuan Moore: Last game was 2k23- retired
-Carsen Edwards: Last game was 2k22 or 2k23 as a free agent before 2k lost his rights
-Vincent Edwards: Not sure on last game, has a cyberface though.
-Robbie Hummel: last game 2k15
-Caleb Swanigan: last appearance 2k20-2k21
-Kyle Guy: 2k23
-Kyle Singler: 2k18
-Yogi Ferrell: 2k22
-Frank Mason: 2k23
-Shabazz Napier: 2k20
-Denzel Valentine: 2k22
-Rashad McCants: ???
-Justin Patton: 2k21
-Khyri Thomas: 2k23?
-Jared Uthoff: 2k21
-Sam Dekker: 2k23
-Nigel Hayes: 2k18
-John Leur: 2k19

Literally just need these guys on any roster I can download on Console and export the player DNA's. I know they've added BG, JW, AI and others with some of the rapper mods for rosters, so hoping these guys can be added too somehow. Again, complete novice to all of this and just wishful thinking.

Thanks!

Welcome to the NLSC forum.

It's okay to post requests like this here.

Good luck!

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that I will be converting every single player that has been removed from 2k18 and above and releasing for free here on nlsc.

The tools for CF conversion are not ready yet , but hopefully will be released in the next few weeks. It may be possible to convert players from 2k16 and 2k17 as well, however that’s not a certainty.

I will convert these players for you once the blender tools are released.

Full arena editing will be possible with the blender tools as well, so we may be able to recreate college arenas.

As a follow up- this is not possible on console, only PC.

Converting faces from NBA 2K24 (Or previous NBA 2Ks) to NBA 2K25 won’t be easy, although it is possible as I confirmed on X: https://x.com/shuajota/status/183721256 ... kQLiENshtw a couple of weeks ago, where I showed some screenshots of a few conversions. For now, the current plugin, which is paid, doesn’t yet allow combining hairstyles from other renders. This will only be possible if a hook plugin is developed at some point that allows adding new face IDs and files without replacing the existing ones. So, for now, don’t expect conversions of players who have been removed because the process for many of them can't be completed 100% at the moment. As the tools develop, I will work on some conversions, but as I mentioned, it’s a slow process that will take time to make possible.
