Turn off CUt Sequences Completely

I have turned down (all the way to the left) Player Cut Sequences and Replays but for some strange reason, it still shows a cut sequence every now and then during the game. Does this happen for everyone? I do not want to see 1 cut sequence, but somehow it appears even though I turned them off.

Anyone got the same issues?

I have that problem also...anyone knows why and how can that be fixed?

why on earth would you want ot turn them off
i mean they keep the game tempo goin!
without them theres no refs,no game celebrations etc.
