2K21 Hook Error

I have the steam version of 2k21. When I tried to install the latest version of 2K Hook so that I could use a plugin, it mysteriously deleted my game. When I re-installed the game and launched it, I kept getting this error(see image attached). I have tried reinstalling the Hook files and plugins but that did not solve anything. Would I have to reinstall my mods as well?

EDIT: The issue was that I had a blank config.txt in my hook folder not prioritising loading mods.
