Go to the 'Animation" section in 'Players' tab and here you can anything you want..

OK I MEAN OPENING NBA_ANIMATIONS.IFF IN REDMC AND REPLACING ANIMATIONS WITH ANIMATIONS_DUNKCONTEST.IFF

Oh so with that I can't help you, try to ask someone who's editing animations like Arguelles for exapmle.
