NBA 2K11 : Floors DDS Textures format ?

I'm trying to convert some of my floors textures for 2K11
The texture looks good in Nba2KX_ModTool 2k12 preview, but ingame unfortunately, i've got a black court

Would be great if someone could tell me which DDS settings i should use in photoshop, paint.net or Gimp.

2K11 uses a different texture.

Another try with your template, i saved the file in GIMP in DXT5 format + generate mapping
and .......

There's some textures I converted from 2K18 courts such as floor scratches and defined hardwood if you want to check those out and see if it makes any extra improvements.

You were right, the 2020 mod template was the reason it didnt work.

Now, i hope to achieve a better quality with DXT5, output is a little bit too compressed.

I have a problem but i use 3Dm mod

i exported it as png

I use Nba2KX_ModTool 2k12

my problem was the 76ers and The Bubble Court that i created was engclaimed
