Hi guys,

Sorry for the double post

So yeah, I really digged into the settings and nothing conclusive...
Could maybe anyone share their 2k settings from the NVidia Panel, this might give me a few ideas (Y)

Thanks,

PS:
These will suit well with this 2k1 Roster :D

Need a little bit of help learning how to mod uniforms and logos with gimp. If anyone can give me some help, please PM me. I can open archives using 7zip, have the file open in Gimp as I have added the .DDS plugin. When I have made my changes to the file, I click on overwrite (whatever file i'm using) .dds. when i go back to 7zip archive that i have open, it doesn't say the relevant file has been updated or changed, thus the .dds has not been overwritten. Anyone know why this is happening? Thanks.

perhaps its an issue with gimp.
try to save your dds file outside the iff file.
then drag the modified file in the iff

Sorry-I haven't been on for a few days. I'm not sure if it is a settings thing--it may not matter but I am running on AMD and not NVidia and also don't have any problems with other MODS.

hey i'm a huge fan of this mod but i would like to ask a question, the cavs, grizzlies and hornets players are all visible in the portraits but they're invisible when you go in a game and in edit player, why is this?

Hi, apologies for only replying now. Have you installed all necessary files in waigua folder? Have you renamed waigua01 folder to just waigua? In the opening post you need thunder shaqs latest mod pack to be installed first.

However there are not many players in those teams that have extra cyberfaces added so majority should be visible straight away.

Hi all. Have completed some extra staff edits. Play books are assigned in such a way that each team will run era specific books. Coach preferences are set as closely as I can to the way each team played. Obviously you can make your own further edits to them. I have started to rename GMs and owners also.

Vancouver and Seattle are now located in correct cities.

Will have an updated mod pack add on soon with extra logos and a few cyberfaces and courts.

I plan to start working on an 01-02 Season roster soon. I have completed almost 60 players from 2001 draft class so will be adding these.

Contracts are not fully accurate for all teams yet. Most contracts are the correct length though, so still will work reasonably well in myleague.

I can't wait for this bro. I really enjoyed playing with your 2k1 roster. I'm really looking forward to 2k2!

NBA2K2 Roster Version 1.0 released. (No Offline Version will be available)

All correct players added to teams.

Listed under seaboh in steam.

File Name 2001-02 In Progress.

This is a bare bones roster.

Contracts, years pro, stats, uniform numbers and much more needs to be sorted.

Mod Pack to come later on this week. (Y)

If anyone could make a 2001-02 Memphis Grizzlies court that would help a lot.

Have all logos and uniforms for that season. Only missing one court.

Thanks.

Ok so here is the mod pack for NBA2K2.

https://www.mediafire.com/file/vcbgk2buv45ffom/waigua02.7z/file

Just download and drop into your NBA2K20 folder.

The folder is named waigua02, so just rename it to waigua.

Config file is not needed this time.

Please keep this separate and don't mix it with any other mods you have.

There will be no offline support for this mod.

Roster is still a work in progress.

Let me know how it's looking and if you like drop a comment in here and if you're feeling generous a donation below for a mug of coffee. :D

Enjoy.

Mod Pack all in one for NBA2K1.

https://www.mediafire.com/file/null/waigua01.7z/file

As above file is named waigua01 - rename to waigua.

Do not merge this with the 2k2 Mod Waigua, some files will be overwritten that are necessary.

Enjoy.

Yes.
I tried both.
Huge work. Very exhaustive. It's so cool to be able to play those seasons.
I saw a few details to modify, like, among other minor stuff some birth years (Richmond, Anderson), height (PJ Brown).
On 2k1 version, Clippers' court is 2020's one.

I can't wait to see such quality mods for seasons 1985-86 (Huge Hawks, Classic Celtics, Twin Towers Rockets, raising Jordan) , 2003-04 (Pistons, first LeBron, Dwyane, Melo season) , 2007-08 (return of Celtics-Lakers duel) 2013-14 (Spurs Basketball, last LeBron season with the très amigos) , 2015-16 (one of the greatest seasons ever).

Thanks a lot.

Apologies. Have been gone for about a month renovating my house.

Link is re-uploaded now, not sure why it went down. Enjoy.

Hey man, I wanted a legit 2001 roster for a while. So far the roster is fantastic and I love that you desinged it for My League. Great JOb!

Quick question though, is there supposed to be a config file?

NBA2K1, NBA2K2 Released. ESPN NBA2K5 Coming Soon!

Postby RMJH4 on Sat Jan 23, 2021 6:22 am

Coming Soon!

Image

Hi everyone. I am set to continue on with my retro 2k series. After releasing 2k1 and 2k2, I have been working quietly on 2k5. Over 50% of the way through so far. Quite a jump to make from 2001 to 2004, but I really wanted to try and build the Bobcats from their expansion draft season.

I will also be including an expansion draft guide, so you too can select from the unprotected players list and build your own Bobcats inaugural roster! There will be a lot of free agent players and coaches in there to choose from in the final roster if you wish to take up the challenge.

You can track my progress online by downloading the current roster file (2004-05 In Progress, RMJH4), but bare in mind there will be a lot of missing face, courts, uniforms etc;

Roster is really in progress at the moment so please do not point out any mistakes or changes needed yet, as I have a very long checklist that I have to start working through. But check it out anyway!

Looking forward to the 2004-05 roster. What files need to be downloaded to use with the WIP 2004-05 roster?

Hi. As mentioned there are no files currently as its WIP. As I said there will be lots of files missing until release. Roster is probably not usable, but you can download to see the progress so far. Thanks.
