Soundtrack Update Error on PC?

It's been a bit since the last soundtrack update for 2K20, which pushes the count to 92 available tracks in the game. What's odd however, is that the PC version (at least on my end) doesn't properly play the 24 new songs added. They are present within the track selection with the proper names, artists, and album covers, but if I choose to play any of those songs, they instead play over duplicate audio files of the various other tracks in the game from updates #1 and #2.

What's even more odd is if I were to replace the original songs with modded music, the songs from soundtrack update #3 still play the original audio files from vanilla 2K20, which suggests that the update went through on PC, but the tracks were overwritten by the older songs.

It could be an issue on my end, but it's also not out of the realm of possibility that it's a mistake on the PC version.
