Assistant Coach Question

So I was playing as the Spurs today and noticed that sitting on the bench next to Pop was this small bald white guy instead of Tim Duncan. The opponent's team assistant coach was correct. So then I tried playing as the Spurs against the Spurs to see if it was a team issue, but this time Tim Duncan showed up on the opponent's bench as the assistant coach and my assistant coach was the bald shrimp. Anyone else notice this? Is it necessary to change some cyberfaces or something?
