How to make correct font texture

Hello super duper mega patchers! Let's see how good you are, especially jerseys makers
How to make correct jersey font letters texture? My texture in photoshop looks like that:

Alpha:

I select the jersey background color but in the game it looks like around the surname is some border. How to avoid this?

When I make texture with transparent background then I get all the letters with white shadow.
Please help...

I was looking for this too.
With the intel dds plugin on photoshop, I saved with the .dds file with these settings:
-Texture Type: Color+Alpha
-Compression: none 32bpp
-Mip Maps: None
