Trading injured players

To quote this site (https://www.hoopsrumors.com/2018/02/fou ... rades.html)

''Misconception #2: Injured players can’t be traded.

This misconception may be rooted in the NBA 2K video game series, which has historically prevented users from trading injured players. Despite existing in the game, this rule doesn’t exist in the real NBA.''

Anyone got an idea on how to remove this ''feature'' so that we can trade injured players away normally? This wasn't an issue for me before but I recently got screwed over pretty hard.
Played an association with URB 2019 roster, and got Draymond green in a trade, he had 2 years left on his contract, fast forward to the next season, he's on his contract year, and he says that he plans to test out the free agency next summer, so that we should plan accordingly, problem for me is, I was over the salary cap, and I had no intentions of trying to resign with him, especially since I had no team option to match any offers he got. So I tried to trade him away at the start of the season, but the offers I was getting weren't very tempting, so I decided to wait until the all star break, hoping that I would get some better offers. But just after the all star break, he get's injured with a broken leg, and he's out for a few months, which is well past the trade deadline, so I was forced to keep him on my team, and the end of the season came, playoffs ended, and Draymond signed with someone else in free agency.

Essentially, I lost him for nothing, and since I didn't have any saves before the all star break, I couldn't just save scum. That kinda irritated me, especially since there's no actual rule prohibiting teams from trading away injured players.

EDIT: Alternatevly, if there's no way to disable that script (Maybe it's hardcoded?) is there a way to get players ''Uninjured'' so that they could be traded normally?

It's been that way in NBA Live as well. It's interesting video games enforce a rule that's never actually been on the books in the NBA!

Now that RED MC is completely free and fully functional, the easiest way would be to change their injury status. Just be sure to make a backup in case anything goes wrong.

Thanks for the info, I'll look up some youtube tutorials to see how RED MC works, hopefully I wont break the game by mistake
