Hello sir it did not work. I used the older version of 2k launcher and i installed the new launcher and deleted it. i tried it again and uncheck the "lock syncbin" but still the adidas shoes does not appear.

sir, how can i unlock these newly added shoes, like for example the adidas marquee boost, adidas N3XT L3V3L, etc etc with my custom roster.. my base roster is official 1-24 the same with sync.bin version.. thanks again

Don't know if I'm understanding well what's going on, but if I were you I would wait a whole day with the option "Lock Sync.bin" unchecked (of course once you uncheck it, press "sync relace" to make the app save the changes). The new 2K daily update will be in some hours, and that will be the moment in which the game will refresh its sync file; you'll know it because you will see a basket ball in the loading screen. At that moment you will be able to see those new shoes and from that moment on you can run the 2k_Launcher again and make the replacement. Hope this makes sense!

Hey there! If your sync file is from 1-24 there's nothing you can do because those new shoes are updated through sync file. Like I've said above, let the game update your sync file and make the replacement after the update.

I believe it may have to do with the fact that your sync file is outdated. Follow the instruction I've given to forza28. Hope it works!

I guess so, but for example you won't un lock the Adidas Crazylight Boost that were added yesterday for example... The best thing you can do to know your sync is updated before installing my mod is delete your existing sinc file. This way when you load the game, it will download an updated new file!

I was working on something for fun the last couple of hours: I knew it was gonna look shitty since I don't have the layer which loads the shapes and shadows of the shoe (it's Kobe VIII's indeed ), but it's better than nothing...

sir.. what i mean is, i made a custom roster out of rosterdescription & sync 1-21.. second, the official roster and sync now is updated, so technically the newly added shoes are now unlocked.. but my question is, can i unlock those new shoes into my custom roster? regarding that my custom roster was based from a older official roster?.. cause way back, i have done this before.. using ksmiz shoetable. i did it on the kyrie 5, the official roster and the sync was updated during that time and i need not to recreate a new roster from scratch.. but the problem is, ksmiz shoetable doesn't come up with the latest shoe additions as far as i know, the last was the kyrie 5..
