Me too. Every time the game updates, it overwrites these courts. It's really frustrating , because this didn't occur last year. Don't know why it has changed, makes it harder to use court patches because you have to do something with the sync.bin file every time the game updates.

Delete the stadium file (s0__). You will lose the sanction ads but everything els is fine. The Floor is fine but the stadium file is screwed up when you see that.

regarding the missing court issue, just read some instructions here in our forum also, I highly recommend applying the sync.bin tools.
