For the chinese website, eyeuc, you either have to make a donation of 5 yuan which is like $0.73 as a "donation" or you have to message them as a content creator aka person who does mods and uploads them. The thing is I don't really trust the email signup sheet, but there's some decent mods on there like the Carmelo Anthony, and Shaq one. So if anyone has an account to it already such as a modder or person who has managed to make the donation work, you could share the files on this site..
