Dallas signs frenchman Rigaudeau..........

Postby Big Answer on Fri Jan 10, 2003 11:45 pm

A new frenchie in the NBA............Antoine Rigaudeau, who played for Kinder Bologne up to now, was signed by the Dallas Mavericks in a 5 month contract..........
This guy is a 31 year old SG, with a good long distance shoot.........I think he's about 6'9 (but I'm not sure)
Well, as a french, I was really satisfied when I heard about this news......
Rigaudeau played the Olympic games Final...........and he played very well.......remember !!!!!!!!

Rigaudeau was a very good player but he had problems with injuries. Now he is not very important in Europe, even without Jaric this season he was not starter with Kinder so I can´t understand why Dallas signed him.But it´s obvious that every day NBA is more near to the leagues of Europe.
And there will be a new team in Charlotte!!That´s not the way to make the league where every player want to play

He'd need a REALLY long croquet stick if he wanted to play in the Dallas game from San Antonio

Et apres le match de croquet, ils vont aller a Nouveau Orleans pour manger de crepes avec Jerome Moiso pandant Mardi Gras... J'espere que Stockalone ne va pas les interuptire...

Quite funny to see US People trying to speak french

But Rigaudeau is a great player in Europe although I think it will be hard for him to find a place in Mavs Roster
