Are you going to pay $15 for them? Or think they are worth $15?
I mean, if I have some spare cash lying around, maybe? That's a pretty steep price tbh
I just don't understand the point.
Not only do we have free mods here, but we also have amazing talent. Some of these guys have been doing it for a very long time, and they release work all the time. If someone wanted another attempt at Nash (For example), they could ask one of the many creators here and could probably get an amazing one. I want to give you an example of how crazy it is that he's charging that much:
The dude was literally just on NLSC like last week, with a thread, with free releases. His thread was solid, but it wasn't anymore "popular" than the other guys threads here (RP, Mr. Star, VOID's old thread, R4zor, Basagre28, EGS MLLR, Torogi etc). He took all his work down from his thread, in order to charge YOU and others $15 PER cyberface? Just think about that for a second. First off, he doesn't own the rights to the original work, so charging is actually illegal. But besides that point, how on earth does he justify that? Mr. Star, VOID, R4zor, RP, Basagre28, EGS MLLR, Torogi etc could all go that route and find a place to charge for mods. But, they release free to the community, and they do one HELL of a job on those faces.
Im going to be blunt and honest... I liked his Jordan and Rondo.... but look at the texture on the face of that Curry and even the Nash... they don't even get close to matching his arms/body, they are much darker. You are telling me that I am going to pay $15 PER face, when the skin doesn't even match the body? I am not trying to be a jerk, but to act high and mighty and charge for mods, when we have amazing face creators doing it for free here at the NLSC WITHOUT mismatching skin tones...... C'mon. Even if they were the best, most realistic faces ever made, charging for mods is crazy, but also $15 is ludicrous even for a perfect cyberface. FYI - I have his Jordan and Rondo (for free), both had darker face textures than the body, I had to adjust them myself. The ones I got for free here, he is now selling for $15 a pop.... come on now... lets get real guys.
Another thing, you guys have to look beyond some facial features, skin matching is quite important.
Why support that practice when you can support everybody here, and still get great quality?
Here is his thread here on the NLSC btw, where he removed his content.
