I forgot about Detroit and Portland.

You need to replace original file with nba2k explorer. Load archive...import f028, apply change and wait the process.

Open the nba2k explorer, open the f028.iff archive, import the f028.iff modded into the archive, apply change....wait the process...and goodbye

for portland ....portland is into 2P with s028.iff. if you want to search the right file, use the manifest file into your nba2k game folder( open it with a block note) and you see the right archive to search.
