Can a roster on 2K18 PS4 be transferred to PC?

That is too bad, the PS4 roster I did, was probably the most fun roster I have done to play.

No, there is no workaround. It has nothing to do with the source code compliance but rather the fact that the save files are encrypted, and encrypted differently on both platforms.
